পাল্লা আর গ্লাসের মাপLeaf and glass sizes
পাল্লার উচ্চতা = দরজার উচ্চতা − 60 মিমি (টপ প্রোফাইল); পাল্লার প্রস্থ = (মোট প্রস্থ − 70 মিমি) ÷ পাল্লা। বিট আর গ্লাস পাল্লার চেয়ে উচ্চতায় 100 মিমি আর প্রস্থে 50 মিমি ছোট।Leaf height = door height − 60 mm (the top profile); leaf width = (total width − 70 mm) ÷ leaves. The bead and the glass are 100 mm shorter and 50 mm narrower than the leaf.
বার কেনাBuying the bars
প্রোফাইলের পুরো বার 21 ফুট, কিন্তু 10, 16, 18, 18.5, 20 আর 21 ফুটের কাটা বারও কেনা যায়। সব পিস বড় থেকে ছোট সাজিয়ে প্রতিটা সাইজে বসিয়ে দেখা হয়; যেটায় মোট ফুট সবচেয়ে কম, সেটা। 21 ফুটের চেয়ে চওড়া দরজায় টপ আর বটম জোড়া লাগে।A full profile bar is 21 ft, but cut bars of 10, 16, 18, 18.5, 20 and 21 ft can be bought. All pieces are sorted longest first and tried on every length; the plan with the fewest feet wins. Doors wider than 21 ft need a joint in the top and bottom.
পিভট হিঞ্জPivot hinges
আপার (আর বটম) পিভট: 2-4 পাল্লায় 1টা, 5-6-এ 2টা, 7-8-এ 3টা, 9-10-এ 4টা। সাইড পিভট: প্রতি পাল্লায় 7 ফুট পর্যন্ত উঁচু দরজায় 3টা, 9 ফুট পর্যন্ত 4টা, এর বেশি 5টা; মোট থেকে আপার, বটম আর ট্রান্সমিটারের জায়গা বাদ।Upper (and bottom) pivots: 1 for 2-4 leaves, 2 for 5-6, 3 for 7-8, 4 for 9-10. Side pivots: per leaf 3 on doors up to 7 ft high, 4 up to 9 ft, otherwise 5; the upper, bottom and transmitter positions come off the total.

Profileo-র হিসাবে পাল্লার প্রস্থ 1 মিটারের বেশি হলে দরজা ভারী হয়, তখন পাল্লা বাড়াতে বলে; 250 মিমি-র কম হলে পাল্লা খুব সরু, তখন পাল্লা কমাতে বলে। মাপ দিলেই ক্যালকুলেটর পাল্লার প্রস্থ দেখায় আর দরকার হলে সতর্ক করে।
By Profileo's rule a leaf wider than 1 metre makes the door heavy, so add leaves; a leaf under 250 mm is too narrow, so use fewer. The calculator shows the leaf width as soon as you enter a size and warns you when needed.

Each door takes profile the length of the total width at the top and bottom (only the top when bottomless) and the height on both sides; each leaf takes 2 height and 2 width pieces of leaf profile, plus the bead that holds the glass. The calculator fits every piece on the bar lengths and counts bars and feet; the cutting list shows what to cut from which bar.
বটমলেস ফোল্ডিং দরজায় কী বদলায়?What changes on a bottomless folding door?
নিচের প্রোফাইল, বটম পিভট হিঞ্জ আর নিচের রাবার লাগে না, আর আউটার স্ক্রু 12টার জায়গায় 8টা। ক্যালকুলেটরে বটমলেস বাছলে তালিকা নিজে বদলে যায়।
No bottom profile, no bottom pivot hinges and no bottom rubber, and 8 outer screws instead of 12. Choose bottomless in the calculator and the list changes by itself.
